CTF for CSS?

I found CSS public server named as CTF for CSS in server browser of steam.
I was interested, and joined it.

When I joined, map was de_cbble. Where was flag? I found it out at bomb site A.

The flag wad blue and its shape is very simple, but I couldn't capture it.
Also, I found red flag at T home.

After few minutes playing, I was kicked because of high ping.

This MOD is under developing?
